| Who's MITI? |

MITI Manufacturing Co., Inc. is a Woman owned,
privately held Colorado Corporation. The Company was formed
in February of 1993 for the purpose of the development and
manufacture of Parking Enforcement Equipment, Rhino (Automobile
Immobilizers), Hazardous Material Decontamination Devices
(The Decon Hoop Wash), associated equipment lines, as well
as providing general metal fabrication services. The Company
has recently engineered and added to its product line, its
own line of Automated Ticket and Decal Sticker Dispensing
Fee Collection Terminals, which are specifically designed and
engineered for use by the Parking Industry.
MITI's staff consists of experienced individuals
with vast knowledge and skills in computer programming, software
development, electronic, mechanical, and fabricated metal
product engineering, tool and die works, fabrication, production,
marketing, shipping, service, and on-site installation. Customer
satisfaction is number one at MITI! We are currently expanding
our staff to handle the growth of our MV-I "Automated Attendant"
Terminal line, and to improve our overall service response
time.

Parking Industry Involvement: |
| Several
individuals at the Company have a long history, and have had continued
relations with Parking Industry Professionals, Companies, and
Corporations. As these relationships have been strong, so
are our commitments to you and the Parking Industry alike!
We have a personal interest in seeing that your Automated Fee
Collection, Ticket and decal/sticker interests and needs are
fully met or addressed, and at an affordable price. In recent
years, MITI's Vice President and General Manager, Bob Fulcher,
has been instrumental in bringing Fee Collection Automation
to the Parking Industry. He, through MITI, along with staff, have
assisted various companies with their unit orders, installation,
and service. The majority of these specific clients have reportedly
had relatively good success with their units and services provided
to date by MITI. Revenue and accountability is up, due to
their automation. Most recently, as of October 1998, Bob,
along with unanimous election by MITI's staff, elected to
go it alone and embark on a project to engineer and manufacture
a truly "One Machine Does All" Parking Industry machine. Thus
solving many of those reportedly unsolvable programming and
hardware problems. Our equipment will be complete, tested,
and fully functional at time of delivery, also relatively maintenance
and trouble free. Our Automated User Fee Collection Terminals

in capability as timely as the needs of the Parking Industry
changes over the coming months and years. |

| MITI
is proud to announce its entry into the market and the introduction
of its MITI-Vend MV-I Series "Automated Attendant" Terminal. This
Terminal is specifically engineered and designed to meet your
demanding requirements and rugged environments today and well
into the next century. "One Terminal" and "One Software Program"
for all applications. "Have it Your Way, mix and match differing
Fee selections with greatly enhanced security, component,
communications, emergency, and infomercial features!" Prior
to delivery, upon receipt of your Terminal order and associated
rate table, we will configure your Terminals software and
send it to you for operation in a desktop computer mode format.
Therefore, you will be able to see, ahead of the delivery date,
what you will be getting in the way of Patron and Attendant interface
screens along with voice messaging etc. There will be no surprises
here, what you see is what you'll get! After your review of
the operational program and submittal back to us of the desired
changes, we will tweak same to your further satisfaction.
This will help to insure your complete satisfaction at time
of delivery. Note: Additionally we will be most pleased to
provide you with a demonstration program, on CD Rom, with your
rate table programmed into it, prior to any placement of order,
should you wish to see this first. |
