| Affixed & Hinged Inner Arm: Rhino tamper proof Hook-Loc design. Constructed of one piece
1/4" x 2" die formed and rolled steel bar with 3/16" x l 1/2" steel bar lamination welded into place. Grip range shall be from two (2) to seventeen and a half
(17 1/2") inches. Arm is designed to encircle the wheel radially, encapsulating both tire and inner
wheel rim. NOTE: attachment by traditional means of cumbersome and often ineffective wheel rim channels (JAWS) is eliminated by this innovative new design.
Inner Arm Pressure Stops: Functional part of the new inner Hook-Loc Arm Design. Constructed of 10 gauge x 1 1/2" die formed steel bar stock which is welded in place just behind the outside outer tip of the inner arm. This stop prevents the inner arm from continuing to rotate inwardly inside the wheel cavity when the Secure-Bolt is tightened by stopping the arm when the stop meets the backing plate, wheel drum or tie rod end. The stop reverses the pressure when it meets a stopping or pressure point. This reversal of pressure pivots the immobilizer assembly body and outer arm with telescoping dome assembly automatically back into the outer wheel. The pressure securely clamps the dome against the outer wheel or hubcap, preventing removal. As channels (JAWS) are not required to attach the Rhino Hook-Loc immobilizer to a vehicle wheel, possible damage to wheel flanges or wheel is entirely eliminated. Inner Arm Assist Spring: A plated assist spring is connected from the inside of the outer arm to the bolt box housing. This spring aids in the installation of the immobilizer by pulling the pivoting inner arm inward, thus maintaining pressure against the inner wheel. Rigidly Affixed Outer Arm: Self adjusting telescoping domed head, NO ASSEMBLY REQUIRED. Constructed of 1" x 2" die formed rectangular steel tubing for superior strength and function. 3/16" x 1 1/2" die formed steel bar tire stop is permanently affixed on inner side of outer arm near bolt box. This stop serves two functions: first, it meets the tire and prevents side to side movement of the immobilizer. Second, it creates a truss effect at the bend in the outer immobilizer arm near the bolt box, increasing the arm's strength. The outer arm is permanently affixed to the bolt box with a continuous welded seam. A tamperproof telescoping assembly with a hingedly affixed dome (with protective edge heading) is affixed to the outer arm. This assembly provides a 3" adjustment of the dome, which allows the dome to be centered on the wheel during installation of the assembly. The dome assembly is designed to clamp directly against the outer wheel or hubcap without damage to either. Dome assembly also prevents removal of the wheel. Adjustable Tire Stop: ROTATING STOP PROVIDES A MEANS OF ATTACHMENT TO WIDE OR NARROW PROFILE WHEELS AND TIRES Constructed of 3/16" gauge 1 1/2" die formed steel bar for superior strength. Attached by means of a welded spring pin assembly to the permanently affixed tire stop which is located on the inner side of the outer arm near the bolt box. The adjustable stop's design allows use of permanently affixed and lower profile stop for attachment to wide profile wheels and tires; or when rotated 180° provides a higher profile stop, which enables attachment to narrow profile wheels and tires. The stop quickly indexes onto the top of the permanently affixed stop, lifts up on one end, allowing it to rotate 180°, and then re-indexes in the opposite direction. The formed looped end, located at one end of the adjustable stop, creates additional height when required. When the immobilizer bolt is tightened the stop makes contact with the tire, preventing stop movement. |

| D. ADJUSTABLE TELESCOPING DOME ASSEMBLY TAMPERPROOF DESIGN Constructed of die formed 12 & 14 gauge steel for superior
strength. The assembly, with a hingedly affixed dome (with protective edge heading), is affixed to the outer arm. This assembly provides a 3" adjustment of the dome, which allows it to be centered on the wheel during installation. A functional 90° vertical sidewall is formed at the outer circumference of the dome, which distributes the attachment pressure evenly at the outer edge of the vehicle's wheel or hubcap, where it is stronger. This design is superior to immobilizers which feature discs that center the pressure or stand off from the wheel or hubcap. The dome assembly is designed to clamp directly against the outer wheel or hubcap without damage to either, eliminating the gap between the dome and wheel or hubcap in which pry bars or other tools are often inserted in an attempt at forcible removal of the immobilizer and/or the wheel. |

D2. Dome protective trim: Durable metal reinforced protective vinyl heading prevents damage to wheel or hubcap. D3. Dome hinge assembly: 3/16" x 2" die formed steel bar hinge assembly is permanently welded to center top of dome. This tamperproof assembly allows the dome to pivot or tip side to side automatically during the immobilizer installation. This action provides a snug fit against the outer wheel or hubcap, preventing removal. Also aids in centering the dome. D4. Dome telescoping assembly: Telescoping dome assembly sleeve is permanently affixed to the hinge at the dome. Sleeve is constructed of die formed 12 gauge steel, punched and overlaid with all seams welded. It is held in place on the outer arm by a hardened stop screw which can only be accessed or removed when the immobilizer is not installed on a vehicle. Provides easy maintenance, repair or change of dome assembly size. D5. Dome conversion: Your service personnel can be trained to easily remove the dome assembly head affixed to the immobilizer in order to install a larger or smaller size dome assembly. This is beneficial to small departments that wish to have all dome sizes available but cannot afford additional immobilizers. Additional dome assemblies optional. |

| I1. Tamperproof housing assembly protects and keeps the Secure-Bolt assembly
permanently aligned. The affixed tube protects the bolt from damage and prevents
unauthorized persons from loosening it with pliers when it is in the installed position.
Housing tube has two holes provided for attachment of a padlock and optional lock cover for additional security if desired.
I2. Three-quarter inch (3/4") stainless steel threaded nut and custom machined 3/4" threaded and plated steel Secure-Bolt provides gall resistance and superior locking performance. When tightened the bolt applies leveraged pressure against the inner immobilizer arm and pivots it into a closed position on the vehicle's wheel. I3. A custom Secur-Bolt Key is provided with each immobilizer and fits the head of the Secur-Bolt which is machined to prevent unauthorized removal of the immobilizer should a padlock not be used. Optional padlock, with or without lock cover, is used for additional security protection only. Optional padlock is recommended. |
