(Dual Semi Truck/Trailer Tire Immobilizer)
A. UNITIZED, ONE PIECE CONSTRUCTION: (NO PARTS TO LOOSE OR MISPLACE. NO ASSEMBLY REQUIRED!) Encircles tire and attaches wheel INSTANTLY, can not be removed by deflation of tire. Fits narrow to wide cross section tires.

B. IMMOBILIZER CART (Optional): Model DTC Cart provides a means for one person to easily handle and locate the DDT Immobilizer without requiring lifting of the immobilizer. Not recommended for rough terrain. Fits all DDT models. Provides for attachment to dual tire rigs from 1-1/2 ton trucks up to semi tractor rigs. Although the DDT model will attach to the rear wheels of a semi tractor rig the DST (single wheel immobilizer) is recommended for immobilization of semi tractors over the DDT.
Ca. INNER ARM - ATTACHMENT JAW / CHAIN LOCK ATTACHMENT;
(RHINO'S UNIQUE SINGLE JAW TO DOME ATTACHMENT DESIGN ELIMINATES THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGE TO THE OUTER WHEEL!) Only one inner Jaw is required on the Rhino DDT Series Immobilizers. Design incorporates an inner jaw which is permanently affixed to the inner rigidly affixed arm. Jaw attaches to the inner wheel's outer rim edge (flange); simultaneously outer arm with pivoting, hinged dome assembly, with attached dome with protective edge heading, swings into place, centers and indexes into the outer wheels cavity, clamping securely against the wheel, preventing access to the lug nuts. Outer arm is welded and hingedly attached to the immobilizer frame. A Secur-Bolt Receiving cup is welded to the outer side of the outer arm. This device prevents access to the secur bolt and maintains bolt alignment during the tighten/loosening process. The inner Immobilizer arm is welded and rigidly affixed to the immobilizer frame. The Tamper proof Secur-Bolt box assembly which is welded to the immobilizer frame assembly provides a unitized tamper proof one piece assembly which is light weight, easy to handle, and simple to install. Additionally an attachment bracket is permanently affixed to the top of the inner immobilizer arm, too facilitate attachment of the optional Chain-Loc added security system by means of an additional bolt cutter resistant shank padlock.
Ca-I JAW & INDEX LOOP; AFFIXED TO RIGIDLY AFFIXED INNER ARM ASSEMBLY: (RHINO SINGLE JAW. SELF INDEXING DESIGN): Jaw is constructed of one piece 1" x 3-1/2" extruded and die formed steel channel welded in place to a 1/2" x 3" x 3" steel stem at the outer inside end of the inner rigidly affixed immobilizer arm. Welded in place on the outer side of the jaw is a steel wheel indexing loop which aids in the alignment and centering the jaw on the wheels edge (flange). Grip range is from twenty (20 ) to twenty seven (27) inches for all DST Models. Inner rigidly affixed arm and Jaw with index loop is designed to butt up to the wheel, enabling the index loop to index automatically within the wheels cavity allowing the jaw to seat against and center itself automatically on the inner wheels outer edge (wheel flange) for encapsulated metal to metal contact; outer arm is designed to pivot into place, be pushed and tighten into place, by the Secur-Bolt mechanism which is affixed to the immobilizers outer frame assembly, and to hold the dome with protective edge trim directly against the inner wheel preventing access to the lug nuts and removal of the immobilizer. NOTE: The Rhino D Series Single Jaw to Dome attachment method, in place of the Jaw to Jaw attachment method or double Jaw, eliminates damage to the outer wheels edge (flange) entirely, while also eliminating the space between the domed wheel cover and wheel in which pry bars are often inserted for attempt at forcible and unlawful removal.

Ca-2 CHAIN-LOG ATTACHMENT ASSEMBLY: A die formed, two eared flange, constructed of 10 gauge steel, with holes for affixing a padlock, are welded to the top of the inner immobilizer arm assembly. Providing a means to pass through and encapsulate a 5/16" Bolt Cutter Resistant Transport Chain, which is part of the optional Chain-Loc assembly, utilized for added forced removal or anti theft deterrent applications.
Cb. HINGED, PERMANENTLY AFFIXED CLAMPING ARM ASSEMBLY;
(SELF ADJUSTING ROTATING HINGED DOMED HEAD. NO ASSEMBLY REQUIRED) Constructed of 2" x 2" Die formed 1/8" steel tubing for superior strength and function. The outer arm is permanently affixed to the immobilizer frame by means of a 1/2" welded hinge pin. A tamper proof rotating assembly with a hingedly affixed dome with protective edge heading is affixed to the outer arm. This assembly provides a means for self centering of the dome, which allows for the dome to be centered on the wheel during the installation of the immobilizer assembly. The Dome assembly is designed to index into the outer wheels cavity and to clamp directly and securely against the outer wheel or hub without damage to the wheel. Dome assembly prevents removal of the wheel.
D. PIVOTING, HINGED DOME ASSEMBLY; (TAMPER PROOF DESIGN) Constructed of 1/8" for DST-18 Models, and II gauge steel for DST-24 Models. DST-18 Models feature a 90 degree side wall, and DST-24 Models feature a tapered or cupped sidewall. Each dome assembly also features a centering ring made of 10 gauge steel which fits over the center hub of the axle end, preventing the dome from being moved or lifted off when the immobilizer secur-bolt is tightened. Dome features a protective edge beating (trim) to prevent damage to the vehicle wheel or injury to personnel during the attachment or removal process .
Dl. Dome Sizes; (AVAILABLE WITH 18" & 24" DOME SIZES - With DDT-24 being the most commonly utilized unit) Dome depths 18" dia. x 3" depth and 24" dia. x 3-1/2" depth. Dome depth provides for hubs, hubcaps or other to protrude into dome without damage. Reduces access behind dome cover. Custom dome sizes also available upon request.

D2. Durable metal reinforced protective vinyl heading at dome edge where it makes contact with outer wheel or hub cap prevents damage.

D3. 3/16" x 2" Die formed steel bar hinge assembly permanently welded to center top of dome. This tamper proof assembly allows the dome to pivot or tip side to side automatically during the immobilizer installation. This action provides a snug fit against the outer wheel or hubcap preventing removal. Also aids in centering of the dome.

F. PROTECTIVE VINYL TRIM: Durable spring steel reinforced Vinyl trim is affixed to dome edge to prevent damage to outer wheel or hubcap. Spring steel reinforcing securely holds trim to dome.
G. FITS: All USA &. Foreign Dual Wheel 1-1/2 Ton Trucks and Up, Semi Tractors, Semi Trailers and Busses without damage to wheels, tires or hubcaps.
H. STEEL CONSTRUCTION; (UNITIZED. HEAVY DUTY 2" X 3/16" GAUGE STEEL. UNITIZED ONE PIECE. DIE FORMED WELDED STEEL CONSTRUCTION) Provides superior durability, dependability and is EASILY REPAIRABLE. No cast parts to break. 
Ia. SECUR-BOLT LOCKING ASSEMBLY & KEY; Tamper Proof Housing Constructed of 1-1/2" steel pipe tubing with 7/8" stainless steel nut, is permanently welded to the immobilizers outer frame arm. No cables or lock covers to lose or contend with.
la-l.Tamper proof housing (bolt tube) assembly protects and keeps the Secur-Bolt assembly permanently aligned. The affixed tube protects the bolt from damage and prevents unauthorized persons from loosening it with pliers when it is in the installed position. Housing tube has two holes provided for attachment of a padlock for additional security if desired.

la-2. 7/8" Stainless Steel threaded nut and machined 7/8" threaded, hardened and plated
steel Secur-Bolt provides gall resistance and superior locking performance. When tightened the bolt applies pressure against the inner side of the outer immobilizer arm assembly and pivots it into a closed position on the vehicles wheel.

la-3. A custom Secur-Bolt-Key is provided with each Immobilizer. This key fits the head of the Secur-Bolt which is machined to prevent unauthorized removal of the Immobilizer should a padlock not be used. Padlock is used for additional security protection only.

la-4. Length: Bolt tube length for all DDT Series Models is 7". This length enables the inner Jaw to be tightened to an almost horizontally and vertically square position, in alignment with the wheel edge (flange) for a secure attachment.
Ib. Chain-lock assembly (Optional): Provides added, virtually full proof anti-forced removal security. Separate, lockable 6' x 5/16" bolt cutter resistant Transport Chain with attachment loop,
attaches quickly and effortlessly to the truck, trailer or bus' spring hanger at one end and the
other end padlocks directly to the immobilizer at the top of the inner arm, where attachment holes
are provided. Note: Requires two padlocks, one at Bolt Tube and the other at the Chain Lock
attachment point if utilized.
J. PADLOCKS: (OPTIONAL FOR ADDITIONAL SECURITY) Available through factory. Please specify Make and model required. MITI recommends Best or American padlocks with hardened shanks.
K. COATING: (HIGH VISIBILITY. NON TOXIC. ENVIRONMENTALLY SAFE. SAFETY ORANGE POWDER COATING) Applied and baked onto each Immobilizer at 425 Degrees. This coating provides superior rust and corrosion protection. Meets or exceeds all EPA, OSHA and DOT specifications.
L. WEIGHT: (COMPACT AND LIGHT WEIGHT) Model DDT-18 38 lbs, DDT-24 40 lbs.

O. FITS: All Dual Wheeled USA and Foreign manufactured 1-1/2 Ton and Up Trucks, Semi Tractor, Tractor Trailer Rigs and Busses. Although the DDT will fit on the rear dual wheels of a Semi Tractor Rig, it is recommended for you to utilize the DST-18 Immobilizer model, in place of the DDT models for this particular application, as it will be more effective.
